The "Tubba-Gah (maing) Wiradjuri Aboriginal Corporation ICN 3287" is the Representative Corporation for the Tubba-Gah People of the Wiradjuri Nation.
This was resolved in our Native Title Determination in the Federal Court in 2015 and the Subsequent Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) registered on January 16th 2016. National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT) Number - NI2015/001.

It is important for our corporation to support local Government, Non-Government Organisations and businesses in their needs regarding Aboriginal Culture and cultural services on Tubba-Gah Country.
The Tubba-Gah people welcome the sharing and survival of Aboriginal Culture and Cultural knowledge on Country and support those who are “Carrying their Culture” in passing their knowledge on to their youth.
Proper Aboriginal Cultural Protocols should always be followed regardless of where we are from or where we go.
The Tubba-Gah People continue to follow Proper Cultural Protocols.

Mission, Aims & Objectives
The aims and objectives of the corporation are many but include the following
Objectives
The corporation aims to:
(a) bring together the Aboriginal people of Dubbo for the purpose of making decisions and acting on any matters affecting the Aboriginal people of Dubbo;
(b) co-ordinate the native title claims of the Aboriginal people of Dubbo;
(c) liaise with neighbouring groups of Aboriginal people and Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALC’s) in relation to native title claims and/or matters relating to Aboriginal laws and customs;
(d) become a registered body corporate in relation to native title claims made by the members of the corporation:
i. hold native title on trust for the Aboriginal people of Dubbo;
ii. deal with native title in accordance with the wishes of the Aboriginal people of Dubbo;
iii. hold compensation paid in relation to native title on trust for the Aboriginal people of Dubbo; and
iv. act as agent for native title holders from among Aboriginal people of Dubbo where no trustee Is appointed, and to perform the prescribed functions of a registered native title body corporate under the Native Title Act 1993.
(e) advance the health, welfare and self-determination of the Aboriginal people of Dubbo in any manner agreed by the members; and
(f) protect and maintain the cultural heritage of the Aboriginal people of Dubbo.
